At Ignitor Labs, our customer satisfaction is our highest priority.  If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please contact us. Refund Policy
A Refund will only be issued for a subscription that has not yet been assigned and is requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
No Refund will be issued after a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

How Refunds are Issued:
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Credit Card:
    The refund will be processed to the same credit card that was used for purchase.
    Refund Time (After email request is received): Approximately 5 business days.
  • Checks:
    Ignitor Labs will issue a check matching the name and address of the person who issued the check for the subscription enrollment.
    Refund Time (After email request is received): Up to 20 business days after check clears.

Subscriptions / Tuition
I agree that my login, password and any special pricing coupons given to me will be used ONLY by me. I understand that if I allow other individuals to use my login, password, or any pricing coupons, then I am in breach of this policy and could be prosecuted and forbidden access in the future.

Payment
Pricing is subject to change. A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. I understand that I will be billed according to any terms of transaction.
